2- OMG BPM Certified Expert -BPM certifications
This BPM certification is granted by the Object Management Group (OMG). It’s a specialized institution in the standardization of various technical standards related to quality in business processes such as the Business Motivation Model (BMM), Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) and the Six Sigma methodology, among many others.
This certification can also be known by the acronym OCEB, which stands for the long title ‘Object Management Group Certified Expert in Business Process Management’. The purpose of the examinations is not necessarily to evaluate the experiences of the process manager but to measure the technical and conceptual knowledge of the various rules compiled by the organization.
OMG offers five tests ranging from basic to advanced. To do them a person just needs to pay the corresponding fee, study the suggested books and schedule the test.
