Process Analyst

Process Analyst is a person with this role is responsible for working with business managers and staff to define and validate the current business operation and design future process models with business participants, Process Architects and Process Designers. Their role is to help identify how a business operation really functions and then to help identify, design, build and deploy improvement.

They are often called upon to train project team members on modeling standards and approaches as defined by the Process Architect and Business Architect.
