Remote Support Specialist – HEFLO SaaS Platform
Are you passionate about helping users succeed with digital tools? We’re looking for a Support Specialist to join our remote team and provide exceptional assistance to users of HEFLO, our cloud-based process modeling solution.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide user support via chat, phone, and email.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and guide users in using our platform effectively.
- Conduct functional tests to ensure quality and support continuous improvement of our SaaS solution.
- Collect and document user feedback to inform product enhancements and share insights with the technical team.
Required Profile:
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Spanish or French proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with a user-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
