Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) are typically people who have a deep understanding of certain business functions or operations, often possessing years of experience as a participant in business operations. This term is also applied to people who have deep expertise in an area of IT, production operations, supply chain management or other areas of activity.
