As the process has been analyzed, designed and optimized in HEFLO to automate, just import a process that has been defined by consensus, collaboratively by the team. From then automation will follow a very intuitive process, check it out:

  1. Choose the priority processes, those that add more value to the chain or deliver value to end customers. Keep the focus on the customers journey!
  2. For each lane of the process, define the responsibilities, indicating the actor. He will be invited to participate in the process.
  3. Then select the process tasks and use the form editor to create them and allow data entry by defining names, descriptions and other characteristics, such as active, mandatory or multiline (text).
    Also select gateways in the diagram, like set to manual or automated, so that flows can occur appropriately.
  4. After you have created your forms, they are integrated into the workflow, as it is already designed. But there is a validation step. If any BPM best practice is not being followed properly, the software displays an error message, so that you can review your forms and gateways.
  5. Remember: you can edit each automated process and archive previous versions and can thus promote continuous improvement without losing the history of everything that has been done.
  6. Now it’s time to activate the process and create the interfaces with users.
  7. For this, you create instances of the process by accessing the activated processes and forms. These forms are responsive, fitting multiple devices automatically.
