Business Analyst

A Business Analyst is a person performing this role is responsible for analyzing the business operation’s work and workflow to help propose changes that will eliminate problems, cut cost, improve quality, and improve customer interaction. Once improvements are identified, the Business Analyst then defines how information technology changes can improve the business operation. Business Analysts usually work as part of the process team.
