Integrated Definition Language

Integrated Definition Language (IDEF) is a US Federal Information Processing Standard that highlights the inputs, outputs, mechanisms, and controls of a process, and clearly links processes up and down levels of detail; IDEF is a good starting place for an enterprise‐wide view of an organization.
